Delivery, Refunds & Cancellations
DELIVERY
•Deliveries will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD courier service.
•Subscription orders will be delivered by-weekly over the course of 6 weeks.
•Flowers are picked fresh to order so in rare cases we may notify you if there are any problems.
•Subscription orders must be scheduled over a week in advance. This is subject to availability and varieties may vary.
•Only mainland UK deliveries.

Wix Payments is PCI compliant, which means it meets the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). PCI DSS is the highest standard for companies that accept credit card payments and protects cardholder data.
•You will receive an email to say when your order has been fulfilled.
•You may also receive an email from the delivery service with information regarding your delivery and full tracking.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
We make sure our flowers leave our farm in excellent condition and try our hardest to ensure you receive the perfect bunch. However, if you are not happy with your delivery please let us know at info@erpinghamfarm.co.uk
We will do our best to help you and we may ask for a photo to see what the problem is. Sometimes they may just be thirsty and need a good drink of water overnight!

If your goods arrive damaged, you must inform us within 4 hours of delivery.
We cannot offer refunds for deliveries that arrived but you were not in to collect.
We cannot refund for orders with incorrect delivery addresses after we have sent the order, so please take great care when completing your purchase and double check the order confirmation email.
Should you wish to cancel your order within the agreed timescales and after sending payment, you must email us to inform us that you wish to cancel (Monday - Friday).
Once your order has been placed, it is sent to the farm where you stems are reserved and then cut to meet your needs. Cancellations only be accepted 7 days or more prior to the dispatch date.
